Each class will end with a 15 minute restorative & progressive relaxation & Therapeutic Imagery focused on your health and happiness.

– Set empowered intentions for balance, self-compassion, self-care

– Anchor these tools to your subconscious 

– Tie together all of the good work we engaged in the class & your well-being goals

These are somatic breathing techniques & visualization and imagery techniques that I have refined through a combination of trainings including: body/mind psychology, yoga & pranayama, and therapeutic imagery. 

I have integrated these tools in order to share this with you in a manner that is authentic, how I have experienced this and how it has helped me.
